Estimated Delivery Timelines
Standard Orders (Herbal Teas, Birista & Other Ready-to-Ship Products)
- Delhi NCR & Nearby Regions: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Other Locations in India: 4–6 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery (Available for Select Pincodes)
- Available only on prepaid orders.
- May incur additional shipping charges.

Customized or Bulk Orders
- Customized Products: 7–10 working days
- Corporate/Bulk Orders: 15–20 working days (please contact us in advance for timelines)
Shipping Charges
- Orders valued below ₹500: Shipping fee of ₹60 applies
- Orders valued ₹500 and above: Free shipping across India
International Shipping
