Returns & Cancellation Period:
You may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at leafyrituals@gmail.com.
Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible due to order processing.
Eligibility Criteria
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
For damaged or incorrect items, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging.
Return & Exchange Process
To return or exchange, please email leafyrituals@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and media evidence (for defects or damage).
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days. Please remain available at the visible delivery address.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, we may request that you send the product back via courier; we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We will require your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.
Note: Delivery charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same or another product (depending on availability) are permissible within the 7-day window.
Any price difference for exchanged items will be settled via refund or additional charge as applicable.
Special Cases & Exclusions:
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Non-Delivery or Order Issues:
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
After verification, refunds will be processed within 7 days for confirmed non-delivery.
Compliance:
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020, ensuring transparent terms and timely refunds.
